The First Catholic Slovak Ladies
Association of the United States of America (FCSLA) is a non-profit
fraternal benefit society offering an array of life insurance
products and annuities.
Founded in 1892 in Cleveland, Ohio, our
society was established to help meet the needs of immigrant families.
As the years passed and needs changed, our services have expanded to
meet those needs. FCSLA is indeed proud to continue to offer products
that are current and competitive. Presently, we are licensed to
