- 6 egg yolks
- 6 egg whites
- 1 Tsp. sugar
- 1/2 cup farina
- pinch of salt
Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored. Beat egg whites
until stiff. Fold the beaten eggs together lightly. Add sugar and salt. Add
the farina very gradually and mix slowly. Grease pan. Place mixture into pan
and bake at 350-F until top turns into golden brown. Cut into two inch squares
and pour hot milk over the pudding and bake 10 more minutes to complete the
cooking of eggs and farina. Serve hot.
