Members from mergers with Polish Union of North America and
Polish Women's Alliance of America
In 2017, Polish Union of North America (PUNA) and Polish Women's Alliance of America (PWAA) merged with First Catholic Slovak Ladies Association (FCSLA). This means PUNA and PWAA members are certificate holders and members of FCSLA.
FCSLA's bylaws have two membership categories: principal and fraternal. The questions on the membership form are used to determine your membership category. Principal members have voting privileges, may hold office, and are counted toward the number of delegates a branch may send to conventions. Fraternal members do not have voting privileges, are not eligible to hold office at any level, and cannot attend a convention as a delegate.
Members who do not return a membership form will be designated as fraternal members by default.
Membership category does not alter insurance or annuity coverage.
