The Ohio Fraternal Alliance annually awards two college scholarships to graduating high school seniors. Current members who are Ohio residents and are graduating from high school in 2014 are eligible to apply by filling out the OFA Scholarship Application Form and returning it to the address on the form.
Applications must be received by May 1, 2014.
